Our lash services deliver a custom consultation designing the lash map to suit your eye and face shape! Lash mapping allows us to achieve desired symmetry and customization for all of our lash ladies!

Classic Lash Extensions

Simple, beautiful and natural looking, a classic look! This service consists of applying 1 false lash to 1 natural lash. Classic eyelash extensions come in a range of lengths, thicknesses, and styles, so talk to your technician about the look you are trying to achieve.  Not recommended for those with sparse lashes.

Hybrid Lash Extensions / Light Volume
Light fluffy look, giving a full and gorgeous texture while strategically applying a blend of classic lashes and fans. Hybrid sets are one of the most popular lash sets.

Policies & Regulations

All new clients must provide non-refundable $20 deposit to secure booking if booked through e-mail or direct message. If booked online, clients are asked to input their credit card information for no-show protection. The card will only be charged in the instance of a no-show.The balance is to be paid day of.  Please download the square appointments app and make an account to make booking easier and to avoid having to input your card every time you book. 

New clients must schedule their fills no later than 2 weeks their first time. The lashes will be assessed and discussed how we should proceed. 

Lashes are to be squeaky clean when coming for your appointment. Stop using any lash serums or waterproof mascara at least 2 days before appointment. Any make-up residue or oils will interfere with the adhesive working its magic! Protect your investment and ensure the lash line is well scrubbed. 

If you wear contacts, please ensure they are NOT in when you are getting your lashes put on. Contacts do not mix with lash glue! 

Plan to arrive on time for your appointment. Being late beyond 15mins of scheduled appointment, will result in the appointment being cancelled without refunded deposit.

Avoid caffeine before your appointment. Coffee can lead to twitchy and watering eyes.

Use the washroom before your appointment. 
 
Deposit is non-refundable to all no shows and cancellations. If looking to reschedule please do so at least 2-3 days before your requested appointment in order to transfer your deposit. Otherwise, new deposit is required. 

After a no show, 50% of the service price will be required to rebook. 

Lash Fills will be charged by time instead of percentage remaining. Typically 2 week fills are an hour and anything beyond is 1.5+. It is recommended to always come at the two week mark for your first fill to see your lash growth and retention. At the time of a fill, the outgrown lashes are also removed which may leave less lashes than you think remaining.
