SHIPPING POLICY
We package and ship out of Niagara Falls, Ontario every Monday, except for statutory holidays shipments will be sent out on Tuesday morning. Orders received up until 11:00P.M EST Sunday evening will be included in Monday shipments.
Shipping is provided by Canada Post within Canada. Once your package has been shipped, you will be provided with a confirmation e-mail to track your shipment. Once delivery confirmation has been received, By Chloe Lindsay is no longer responsible for lost or stolen products. For any questions regarding shipping, please contact 1-866-607-6301.

Return & Exchange Policy
By Chloe Lindsay believes in 100% customer satisfaction with all of our products. If you have any issues with your products, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bychloelindsay.com

All products must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in their unopened original packaging, unused condition. By Chloe Lindsay does not provide return labels, and recommends using an insured and tracked shipping method. By Chloe Lindsay is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return has been received and reviewed, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
